The Menene platform is intended for the organization and management of offline events, allowing attendee networking, photo sharing, program management, Q&A sections, and collection of feedback.

Registration is required to access organizers' platform functions. When registering, you commit to providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information.

Account responsibility:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account
• Inform us immediately of any unauthorized activity

Organizers have the right to:

• Create and manage events
• Invite attendees and manage their profiles
• Share photos and event program
• Collect feedback from attendees
• Use Q&A functions and push notifications

It is forbidden to:

• Distribute inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
• Violate the rights of other users
• Misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Circumvent platform security mechanisms
• Overload the system by excessive use

All content you upload to the platform (photos, texts, profiles) remains your property. However, by granting access to the platform, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as part of providing our services.

The Menene platform, its design, logo, functions, and code are protected by copyright and belong to Menene.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We commit to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR and relevant legal regulations.

We provide services "as is" without any guarantees. We are not responsible for:

• User-created content
• Temporary service outages
• Data loss due to technical problems
• Damages caused by improper use of the platform

We make maximum efforts to ensure the reliability and security of the platform.

Some platform functions may be subject to a fee. Prices are published on our website and may change. We will inform you about price list changes in advance.

Payments are processed through the Stripe secure payment gateway.

You have the right to terminate use of the platform at any time. Likewise, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account in case of violation of these terms.
